September's Warnings
September’s light warm breeze
Swept against my cheek
Changing the course
Of my delicate tears
Which clung to my soft skin
As I still cling to yesterday.
But just as the physics of it’s crawl
I knew that all that could
Remain was the residue
of our memory in my heart.
Swept against my cheek
Changing the course
Of my delicate tears
Which clung to my soft skin
As I still cling to yesterday.
But just as the physics of it’s crawl
I knew that all that could
Remain was the residue
of our memory in my heart.
